Is my credit card and other personal information secure during transaction?

Will this guide work for both Horde and Alliance?
Yes, the Dominate WoW Gold system is designed so that it is not facation specific. Both horde and alliance players can use the guide to 100% effectiveness.
Does this guide work for both PC and Mac
Yes, the Dominate WoW Gold system works for both PC and MAC. All you need is a PDF reader (available for free at http://get.adobe.com/reader) and any web browser.
What level do I need to be to use the guide?
You only need to be level 1 in order to effectively utilize the Dominate WoW Gold system. While there are some tactics which are designed for higher level players, the vast majority of our strategies are designed for any level.
Will the guide be updated for patches / expansion? Are these updates free?
Yes, we release updates for all major content patches and all expansions. These updates are 100% free and will be made available to you via download in the private member's area. When an update is available you'll be notified via email.
How do I get my guide after ordering?
After ordering you will be redirected to a private member's only download area. Here you'll have access to all your guides in electronic PDF form. If for some reason you were not redirected to the appropriate page please send us a message via our contact form.
Can I get banned or suspended by using these strategies?
Absolutely not. The Dominate WoW Gold Team does not condone or distribute any hacks, malicious, or otherwise illegal strategies. All of our strategies are 100% within the Blizzard terms of service, end-user license agreement, and addon policies.
I lost my account name and / or password, what do I do?
If you lost your member's area user name or password don't worry. Simply visit our member's area login page, at the bottom of the page you'll see a recover box, simply enter the email you registered with and your login information will be email right over. Make sure to check your spam folder, as it sometimes is mistaken for spam.
